Yes. Every feature — all three house bots, Studio backtesting, the open signal log, community chat, every strategy, full history — is open to every person the moment they sign in. No trial, no credit card, no VIP tier, no Citizen unlock. Nothing is sold on this website or inside the app.
The Windows EXE is on VirusTotal so you can read the scan. The site also publishes the exact SHA-256 checksum for every build in the 'Verify before running' section — you can compare it locally with a single PowerShell command before opening the file. SmartScreen will flag it because the build is not code signed yet; that is expected for a new solo project. The install help page walks you through it.
Because the trading space is already flooded with fake AI promises and paywalls that gate the good stuff. Scam links are auto-banned. DM-solicitations ('DM me for my tutor / my signal group') are immediate removal. Talk of 'guaranteed 99% win rates' and 'private mentors' is 3-strike rule. Normal trader talk — complaining, celebrating, asking basic questions, sharing setups — is exactly what the space is for.
No. The house bots and Studio recipes follow clear market structure and rules. They are not black-box neural nets and they do not promise automatic profit. History, streaks, and every logged idea live in the app where you can see them.

Honest criticism
Yes, you should be skeptical. Here is every valid red flag I have seen about this site.
AI safety scanners and skeptical traders will all list roughly the same set of reasons not to download or run this. Instead of pretending they don't exist, here they are with the plain answers.
#01 · Red flag
Extremely new. No independent reviews yet.
New project, launched Oct 2026. No long track record, no third-party reviews, hard to verify history.
Our answer: True. The app opened recently. That is why everything here is verifiable instead of asking you to trust a blank promise. The installer SHA-256 is on this page. The EXE is on VirusTotal. The founder email is direct to a person, not a ticket system. Over time, community history and chat logs will build their own record. For now, this is what we can prove.
#02 · Red flag
Unsigned Windows EXE. SmartScreen warns.
Running unsigned trading software is high-risk by default. SmartScreen flags every new unsigned app.
Our answer: Also true. Code signing for Windows costs hundreds per year and I haven't bought it yet. If you do not trust unsigned code, do not run it. SmartScreen warnings are normal and expected here. Until code signing is on, the published SHA-256 hash + VirusTotal report are the two ways you can confirm the exact file you downloaded is the exact file I published.

Binary options + bots = scam-drenched niche.
This space is flooded with fake win rates, drainware, and account-destroying tools. Pocket Option is unregulated in major jurisdictions.
Our answer: Completely fair. The niche is awful. The whole point of this project is to be the boring opposite: no fake win screenshots, no 'guaranteed 99% wins,' no paid VIP signals, no pressure. If this space were not full of garbage, Utopia Kingdom would not need to exist. I have added every warning I can find on this page. Read them, take them seriously. Pocket Option and similar brokers are NOT regulated in the UK, US, EU, Australia, and other places. There are many real complaints about withdrawals and broker behavior. You should assume any binary broker could block your withdrawals at any time. Utopia Kingdom does NOT endorse Pocket Option or any broker.

Session / SSID tools for autotrade can violate broker terms.
Using session or SSID tools may break broker terms of service and expose your account.
Our answer: Honest answer: it can. Autotrade session tooling is optional — you never have to use it. The desks, backtesting, signal log, and chat all work without it. If a broker says no session automation, respect that. The session value stays local on YOUR machine. It is never uploaded or synced by the app. Only your browser touches it. If you are unsure, only use the app on a demo account with zero real money.

Solo developer + Gmail + 'trust me it is free' = common scam look.
Solo projects with a Gmail contact and no corporate structure are a classic scam pattern in this space.
Our answer: Pattern-reading fair. The only answer to 'you look like X' is to behave differently from X. I publish the real hash, the real VT, real moderation rules, real risk text on every part of the site, and a named personal email. Nothing on this site tries to 'convert' you or pressure a sale because nothing is for sale. If you don't trust me today, that is smart. Bookmark the site, come back in 6 months, see if it still exists, see if the community is clean, decide then. You should be skeptical of every free binary app on the internet — including this one.
#06 · Red flag
Search results still mention paid 'Citizen' unlocks.
Earlier versions of the site had a paid Citizen tier. Live site now says everything is free, which conflicts with indexed content.
Our answer: Legitimate conflict, my bad. Earlier site versions listed a Citizen unlock tier for ~€20/month. The current site and current direction removed all public payment mentions because the core (community, desks, backtesting, signal log, chat) should be free. Expect references to Citizen to bleed into search results for a few months until caches re-index. If you see 'Citizen' inside the app today: yes, some of that UI still exists from previous builds. It is being hidden or removed. The community and core desks are and stay free.
Broker reality
Pocket Option and similar brokers are unregulated. You should assume the worst.
- Pocket Option and most brokers we reference are NOT regulated in the UK (FCA), US (CFTC), EU (ESMA), or Australia (ASIC). These regulators have repeatedly warned against binary options retail trading.
- There are many real, documented user complaints about Pocket Option — including withdrawal difficulties, account issues, and unpredictable behavior. This is not FUD, it is public record you can look up.
- Utopia Kingdom has no partnership, endorsement, or financial relationship with Pocket Option or any broker shown. We receive no affiliate commission, no rev-share, no payment for mentions.
- Binary options as a product category have high chance of total loss. Most retail traders lose money, especially on short expiries. That is the reality, not a throwaway line.
- If you are going to use the app with real money, assume the broker can suspend or close your account at any moment for any reason. Plan accordingly and never deposit what you cannot lose.
Strong recommendation: if you are trading binary options with any OTC broker, use demo mode first, treat every broker as high-risk, never compound with money you cannot lose 100% of, and look up your local regulator's warnings about binary options before you deposit anything anywhere. Do NOT rely on screenshots of other people's wins. Include yours truly in that skepticism.
Autotrade / session policy
Session / SSID tooling: what it is, what it isn't, and why you should assume it's high risk.
One of the most common valid objections is: any trading app that mentions broker session or SSID features has a trust bar to clear. Here is ours, written as clearly as possible.

Session tooling is 100% optional.
Community chat, backtesting, desks, signal log all work without it. You never have to paste anything session-related to use the app.

We never upload or sync your session value.
Any session value stays local on your machine inside the desk context on YOUR browser. The app does not send it to servers, does not include it in logs, does not back it up.
- 03
It can violate broker terms of service.
This is the honest warning. If a broker forbids session automation, respect that. Do NOT use autotrade tooling on a broker that disallows it. You and you alone are responsible for TOS violations on your own account.

Only use on demo first.
If you insist on trying it, do it on a demo account for a long time before any real-money exposure. If you would not demo it for a month, you do not actually trust it.

No 'guaranteed profit' from autotrade.
Autotrade is not a profit tool, it is a convenience. Expect it to lose sometimes, same as any desk. There are no 'guaranteed' wins — anyone saying otherwise is scamming you.
